Op-ed: Manitoba’s climate plan a solid start

On Friday October 27, Premier Brian Pallister introduced a “Made in Manitoba” Climate and Green Plan.

This much anticipated announcement comes shortly after the Manitoba government received a legal opinion saying that the federal government had a constitutional right to impose a carbon tax if Manitoba didn’t act on its own. Clean Prosperity Executive Director Mark Cameron published an Op-Ed in the Winnipeg Free Press which outlines the Carbon Policy and its broad implications across Canada.
